Sharon Sarris founded Green Fuse Energy in 2001 and focused on renewable energy and sustainable development. Over the years, the company evolved with the market.

Currently, Green Fuse Energy works collaboratively and regionally to accelerate the adoption of green building methods, alternative fuel vehicles, and improved land use policies. We provide consulting services to building owners; architects; construction companies; non-profit agencies; educational institutions; cities and counties; and like-minded individuals and organizations.

The firm is unique in that a principal assumes primary responsibility for every project and coordinates the efforts of an experienced team, including staff and consultants. Services include; initial problem assessment, programming, master planning, scheduling and cost estimating, design team management, and construction management. David Tanza is the main contact for sustainable projects and related green project consulting services. He holds Bachelor of Science in Architecture Degree from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. Tanza is a licensed architect in California and Arizona, and is certified by the National Council of Architecture Registration Boards. He is also a Certified Construction Manager as recognized by the Construction Management Association of American, and is a LEED™ Accredited Professional.

Dave Deppen Architect - Dave Deppen

Dave Deppen is a service-oriented green architect with decades of experience in innovative ecological design and sustainable projects. The common thread through his projects is environmentally-advanced, people-friendly design. Clients he has served include the University of California System, the California State University System, the California Community College System, Stanford, the U.S. State Department, the New York Botanical Gardens and numerous private commercial and residential clients.

As a teacher and facilitator, Deppen co-founded the environmental architecture program at the San Francisco Institute of Architecture. He currently teaches popular courses on Ecological Land Analysis and Architecture and Human Behavior. He is recognized as an inspiring facilitator for workshops and group sessions. He has special expertise in both early project goal setting and ecological land planning — and deep technical experience in the follow-through for successful project design, documentation and coordination.

Deppen holds a B. Arch. Degree from Penn State. He is certified by the National Council of Architecture Registration Boards and is a LEED™ Accredited Professional.
